LisBon is a modern ride-hailing platform designed to make everyday transportation more accessible, convenient, and enjoyable for a wide range of users. The idea behind LisBon was to create a mobility experience that brings together affordability and comfort, allowing users to choose a ride that fits both their needs and budget. From everyday commuters looking for an affordable trip to customers who prefer a more premium experience, LisBon is designed to serve different levels of mobility needs within one platform.
The product focuses on simplifying the entire ride-hailing journey — from requesting a ride and choosing a vehicle class to tracking the driver and completing the trip. The experience was designed to feel clear and effortless, especially during moments when users need to make quick transportation decisions.
As part of the project, I worked on the customer and driver experiences, creating interfaces that make it easy for passengers to request and manage rides while giving drivers the tools they need to efficiently manage their trips.
